Designing for drivers in eight languages, many of whom are using a professional app for the first time. Clarity beats cleverness every single time.
shieldTrust & safety operations
Reviewing flagged verifications and reports. Judgement, patience and a refusal to rubber-stamp - this is the job that keeps the whole network honest.

Standing at taxi stands and airport lots, onboarding drivers in person, and telling us the truth about what is not working. Hindi is essential; a second Indian language is a gift.
